Alison Moyet has unveiled her eagerly anticipated new album Key, comprised of sixteen freshly reworked versions of previous songs lifted from her prolific recorded repertoire, alongside a pair of new songs in the form of lead single “Such Small Ale” and “The Impervious Me.” Produced by Sean McGhee, Key is the artist’s tenth studio album and the follow-up to 2017’s critically acclaimed Other.

“Key is a jamboree of songs taken from my 40 years as a solo artist, and revisited to sit aside one another as though they all were shaped in the same year and under the same roof,” Moyet explains in an official statement. “Two newly written songs open from the house to the garden, where new planting in some coming months may begin. Or not. Depends on the weather. Meanwhile a bus has been booked and I’m taking them on the road where I fully expect them to get along nicely or there’ll be sharp words. I won’t be having any nonsense.”

Moyet will support Key by embarking upon an ambitious world tour in 2025, which officially kicks off in Dublin February 16th.
