NEW MUSIC WE LOVE: Róisín Murphy’s “All My Dreams”

May 20, 2018 Albumism Staff

Artist: Róisín Murphy
Song: “All My Dreams”
Buy: The Vinyl Factory | Amazon | iTunes

Electro-pop chanteuse supreme Róisín Murphy has unveiled the self-directed video for “All My Dreams,” the first of four planned 12” singles released in partnership with The Vinyl Factory. Produced by the Baltimore-based soundsmith Maurice Fulton, the four dancefloor-driven singles—each containing B-sides, for a total of eight tracks—are set to surface each month from May through August.

“Ultimately it’s about dancing,” Murphy reflects in an official statement. “My kind of dancing: all low and funky, allowing itself to be a little out of control. It’s all very simple in a way but Maurice has spent a lifetime immersed in music for dancing. His experience and depth of knowledge is undeniable. I did as I was told!”

Make room on your shelves for these aural treasures and enjoy the “All My Dreams” video below.
