NEW MUSIC WE LOVE: Aloe Blacc’s “Brooklyn In The Summer”

May 17, 2018 Albumism Staff

Artist: Aloe Blacc
Song: “Brooklyn In The Summer”
Album: TBD (release date TBD)
Download: Amazon | iTunes

Tough to believe, but nearly five years have passed since Aloe Blacc dropped his terrific third album Lift Your Spirit featuring the megahit “The Man” and the acoustic version of “Wake Me Up,” his memorable collaboration with the late great Avicii, who passed away just over a week ago. The wait for the follow-up effort appears to be nearing its conclusion, however, as Blacc has just released the instant ear-candy of “Brooklyn In The Summer,” the lead single from his forthcoming, as-yet untitled fourth long player due to arrive later this year.
