NEW MUSIC WE LOVE: Lion Babe’s “The Wave”

January 25, 2019 Albumism Staff

Artist: Lion Babe
Song: “The Wave”
Album: Cosmic Wind (Due in stores March 29th)

Have we mentioned how much we love New Music Fridays? Well, it’s only 10:00am and we’re already lovin’ today, thanks to Lion Babe’s announcement that their sophomore album Cosmic Wind is on the near horizon. Due in stores March 29th, the dynamic duo’s follow-up to their divine debut LP Begin—which ranked #3 in our list of 2016’s Best Albums—is preceded by the groovalicious lead single “The Wave” featuring Leikeli47. We can’t wait to hear much more from Jillian Hervey and Lucas Goodman’s sophomore affair, but indulging in this first taste of their new project will more than suffice for now.
