Sabrina Carpenter has unveiled her seventh studio album Man’s Best Friend, which follows her GRAMMY Award-winning global breakthrough LP Short n’ Sweet (2024) released in August of last year. Preceded by lead single “Manchild,” the album was co-produced by Carpenter, Jack Antonoff and John Ryan.

“It is not for the pearl clutchers,” Carpenter explains to CBS Mornings. “The album is not for any pearl clutchers. But I also think that even pearl clutchers can listen to an album like that in their own solitude and find something that makes them smirk and chuckle to themselves.”

To support the album’s release, Carpenter will take the stage for a series of North American shows this fall, including five nights at New York City’s Madison Square Garden and six nights at L.A.’s Crypto.com Arena.
