British rock legends Liam Gallagher and John Squire have joined creative forces in the form of their eponymous debut collaborative album. The Oasis and Stone Roses co-founders’ inaugural LP was produced by the accomplished songsmith Greg Kurstin (Foo Fighters, Gorillaz, Maren Morris) and features the official singles “Just Another Rainbow” and “Mars to Liverpool.”

“I think we were both surprised at how complementary my guitar tone is with his voice and how the songs I’ve written worked for him,” Squire explains to The Guardian. “If John comes up with another load of songs that are banging, they’ll get it as well,” Gallagher continues. “Squire’s got a lot more in him. People look at John as this guitar hero, but he definitely knows how to write a fucking song.”

To support their musical partnership, the duo is set to go on tour beginning March 13th in Glasgow and concluding June 28th in their native Manchester, with a series of summer festival dates to follow.
