One of the year’s most hotly anticipated long players slated to arrive August 23rd, Jimmy Lee is preceded by two singles, the previously released “Something Keeps Calling” and the just-unveiled “Glory To The Veins.”
Auguring a thrilling new sonic and lyrical direction for Mr. Saadiq, the palpably dark and foreboding “Glory To The Veins” is a brief listen clocking in at just north of two minutes, but its ominous beauty leaves a lasting impression.
