NEW MUSIC WE LOVE: LÉON’s “Pretty Boy”

August 18, 2023 Albumism Staff

LÉON has returned with her propulsive new single “Pretty Boy,” the initial offering from her forthcoming fourth studio album and her first new music since releasing Circles in March 2022. “‘Pretty Boy’ is a song about time,” the Stockholm born-and-bred singer-songwriter explains in an official statement. “About making up for the time you’ve lost and what kind of future you’re hoping for. About choosing to be happy, in a way, and how you can remain connected to certain people and places without seeing them for the longest time. Right after it was written I knew it had to be the first single.”
