Proving yet again that she can truly conquer any artistic format placed before her, the multi-dimensionally talented multimedia force Dove Cameron has unveiled not one, but two songs, which represent the first time that she has released original music. The shimmering electro-pop sheen of “Bloodshot” and “Waste” find the star of stage (The Light in the Piazza, Clueless, The Musical) and screen (Descendants) expanding her vocal prowess and cultivating a brand new dimension of her creative identity, one that we’ll surely be hearing a lot more from in the near future.

“After 6 years of waiting and trying and scrapping and rethinking, I am finally ready to release my own music,” Cameron explains in an official statement. “I have changed so much over the last few years, and for the first time ever, I feel like I hear myself in something I’ve created, which is incredibly exciting and scary for me as an artist. Thank you to all that supported me, I am so grateful for your love and patience. I couldn’t be more excited for these songs to be out in the world, and to know that it’s only just the beginning.”
