With their two-man supergroup, Killer Mike and El-P created perfect music to smash shit to. A natural extension of Killer Mike’s R.A.P. Music (2012) and El-P’s Cancer 4 Cure (2012) albums, Run the Jewels is high adrenaline hip-hop that hits with the power of a positron collider. Each track pulses like it’s super-charged with pure energy, as El-P and Killer Mike grab music by the throat and choke it into unconsciousness.
