If you’re a fan of Sade (the woman and the band, that is) like us, you’re well accustomed to waiting extended periods of time for new music and knowing that the wait is always well worth your while. And thankfully, revisiting Sade’s prolific recorded repertoire frequently keeps us sufficiently pacified while we impatiently hold out hope for the follow-up to 2010’s Soldier of Love.

With that in mind, we’ve just discovered that Sade has released rare footage from the band’s 1984 appearances on the long-defunct, but much acclaimed UK TV series The Tube. Included among these clips are two different performances of “Sally” and “Your Love is King,” as well as renditions of “Cherry Pie” and “Why Can’t We Live Together,” the band’s cover of Timmy Thomas’ 1972 original. Each of these songs originally appeared on Sade’s classic 1984 debut album Diamond Life.

We’ve consolidated this treasure trove of videos below for your aural and visual pleasure. Enjoy!
