The Strokes have unveiled their seventh studio album Reality Awaits, their first album in six years since the arrival of The New Abnormal in 2020. Produced by Rick Rubin and engineered by Jason Lader, the album is preceded by the official singles “Going Shopping” and “Falling Out of Love.”

“Reality Awaits awaits you...our album is finally out everywhere now,” the band posted on their Facebook page. “Thanks to Rick Rubin, Jason Lader and all involved. Hope you enjoy!”

To support the new album’s arrival, the band are currently progressing through their global tour which concludes December 5th in São Paulo.
