Following the release of her memoir Maybe We’ll Make It: A Memoir this past October and a trio of lead singles in the form of “Been to the Mountain,” “Vhange of Heart” and “Lydia,” Margo Price has unveiled her fourth studio album Strays. The 10-track LP features collaborations with Sharon Van Etten, Mike Campbell (formerly of Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers) and Jonathan Wilson, with whom Price co-produced the album at his Topanga Canyon-based Fivestar Studio.

“As a musician and a writer, you think, ‘I’m doing this because it brings me joy,’” Price recently explained to The New York Times. “But when somebody else is like, hey, you got me through my divorce; you got me through this really tough time — I lost my mom to cancer, and I just listened to your record a lot. I’m like, yes, tell me about that, I need to hear that.”
